All items included on the Sosken website are final sale. Final sale items are only eligible for exchange and store credit. No monetary refunds will be issued.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Canada & USA)

Standard shipping within Canada and the United States is free on all orders. Express shipping options may be available for additional costs, please contact us to arrange at [email protected].

RETURNS

Sosken Studios will gladly refund items within 30 days of purchase. Any return requests received after that deadline will be refused.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. The return form enclosed in your package must be completed and included with the item(s) you are returning.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges if applicable) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.

Please note it may take up to 7-10 business days to process refunds once the items are received.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return an item, please contact us at [email protected].

1. Tell us which items you are returning.
2. Tell us why you are returning your item(s): did not fit, did not like, incorrect item sent, Item damaged, Other, too small, too big, not what I expected.
3. Enter your order number

1. Within 1 business day, an agent will respond to your email and provide the steps and information to make the return.
2. Place the shipping label along with the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier. Please note that the RETURN LABEL IS NOT PREPAID, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 
3. Mail your item back to Sosken within 30 days of the ship date to the address indicated on the shipping label.

Once we receive your package your refund or store credit will be processed in the following 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before crediting your account.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange the size and/or the color of your purchase, please send us a request at [email protected] with the following information and we will be happy to process it for you*:

• Order number
• Item you wish to exchange**
• Change needed (i.e. different size or color)

*As we don’t store credit card information on our system for your protection, you will need to place an online order for the new item.

**Please note that inventory is not guaranteed and our team will do their best to find you a suitable alternative.

SALE ADJUSTMENT

If we permanently reduce the price of an item you purchased, we will happily adjust the sale price at your request within 7 days of your shipment date. The item must be the same color and size and must be in stock. This excludes promotional events and sale periods.

Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item. Sale adjustments do not apply to items included in special and/or limited-time collections. Additional categories or product exclusions may apply.

Price Matching: In the event you find a Sosken product online at a lower price, Sosken studios reserves the right to assess price matching on a case by case scenario.
